Prep time: 3 daysA multi-textured layered cake with notes of classic vanilla balanced with just a touch of salted caramel.
It begins with a soft vanilla sponge, followed by a smooth vanilla cremeux insert and a layer of smooth golden salted caramel. A feuilletine crunch adds texture, all wrapped in a light vanilla mousse. A layer of torched crème brulee sits atop for the final touch.

We operate on a pre-order basis, and all orders will be ready for pick up from our kitchen on the scheduled date. Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth pickup experience.

We’ll keep your order for up to 24 hours after it’s ready. After that, we may not be able to guarantee freshness.
Is delivery available?
Not at the moment. We’re a local, handmade bakery and currently only offer pickup from our kitchen.
