At Seedling Bakery, every dessert is handcrafted to order using high-quality ingredients and thoughtful techniques. We take great pride in the quality of our work, and your satisfaction means everything to us.
📦 Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been picked up or delivered.
💸 Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
1. Order Cancellation
-Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made after that are not eligible for a refund, as we begin prep in advance.
2. Quality Concerns
If for any reason the product you receive does not meet the quality we promise, please get in touch with us.
We genuinely value your feedback and will do our best to make things right — whether that’s through a full refund, partial refund, or a replacement.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you’ve received an incorrect item or if your order is damaged upon pickup, please let us know at the time of collection. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Seedling Bakery reserves the right to make the final decision in all refund-related matters.
