This layered entremet has with a moist chocolate sponge and features smooth hazelnut crémeux, velvety 55% dark chocolate ganache, and a crisp feuilletine crunch. It’s wrapped in a light milk chocolate mousse and finished with a crunchy almond rocher glaze that adds texture in every bite. This entremet is a luxurious take on a beloved flavour combination of nuts and chocolate.
Pickup Instructions
We operate on a pre-order basis, and all orders will be ready for pick up from our kitchen on the scheduled date. Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth pickup experience.

Yes! Just forward them the order confirmation and ask them to mention your name.

No worries — just let us know via WhatsApp. We can hold your order.
How long will you hold my order?
We’ll keep your order for up to 24 hours after it’s ready. After that, we may not be able to guarantee freshness.
Is delivery available?
Not at the moment. We’re a local, handmade bakery and currently only offer pickup from our kitchen.
