Composed of delicate layers of almond joconde sponge brushed with a rich coffee soak, filled with smooth coffee buttercream and 55% dark chocolate ganache. Finished with a sleek dark chocolate glaze, each slice is beautifully layered, balanced, and deeply flavourful.
Pickup Instructions
We operate on a pre-order basis, and all orders will be ready for pick up from our kitchen on the scheduled date. Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth pickup experience.

We’ll keep your order for up to 24 hours after it’s ready. After that, we may not be able to guarantee freshness.
Is delivery available?
Not at the moment. We’re a local, handmade bakery and currently only offer pickup from our kitchen.
