At the heart is a bright blueberry compote, adding a burst of natural fruit flavour, perfectly balanced by a smooth, creamy vanilla crémeux. Finished with an airy blueberry mousse, this entremet offers a fresh, nuanced finish in every bite that's very light on the palate.

We’ll keep your order for up to 24 hours after it’s ready. After that, we may not be able to guarantee freshness.
Is delivery available?
Not at the moment. We’re a local, handmade bakery and currently only offer pickup from our kitchen.
